Do you mean hard copy by itself? Like if you are just printing normally? I don't think that situation comes up - if it doesn't print a hard copy, it's either because it already printed, wasn't selected to print - or has a Sage non-recoverable error. You don't have a situation with a hard copy where it SEEMS to print but doesn't (unless you pick a wrong printer, but Sage would never know that).
