I just checked mine and it's still under Legacy (for a newer build). I guess they keep changing their minds:

Slightly different twist to this issue. Client's server has Excel installed. All of the legacy import wizards appear EXCEPT Excel. Strangely, this version of Excel does not consider the Excel query to be a legacy. I finally found it under "Other Sources". Is there any rhyme or reason for this location?

Need to activate some fields under Excel Options data setup. Then when you select get data, the legacy wizards will appear. Screen shots below.
Apparently, Microsoft wants users to start using power queries.
