Moving Paperless docs to new server (v450 advanced) Trying to use the PDFLogConvertV2 utility to update the directories in the PDFLogs and viewers. It runs but says not converted for all. Is there a limitation to the length of the phrase and/or is this a one word at a time update? Do you need to include or exclude the \\ prior to the server name, I've tired it with and without the \\.

IT had changed a path and once it was corrected, the utility ran fine with full UNC paths for both the origin and destination changes. Able to update the paths and viewer locations for 27,751 PPO files in about 20 mins.

Love IT staffs.....

Now that they PDFLogConverV2 worked, is there a similar utility to update the paths for memo attachments? Link maintenance utility is like slow death by a 1,000 paper cuts for this customer with 10s of 1,000s of attachments.

Need a utility similar to PDFLogConvertV2 that would update the File Attachment path for memos. Currently, the only method to update is through Link Maintenance Utility.

Moira, Did you ever get your hands on a utility for the Attachments? I'm in need of one as well.

@JimWoodhead is going to write a custom job for a simple search and replace on the old/new server name. @JimWoodhead what's the likelihood we could get that set up as a utility anyone can use for memo attachments?

I have used this utility several times - if someone were to suggest that we kick in $ to the developer(s) I would gladly do so. It has saved me so much time.

Me too for pitching in for development costs, the PPO utility is awesome - @JimWoodhead what do you think it would cost?
