Sage 100

I have to move Sage 100 SQL (Premium) from one server to another.  No upgrade, just a move of the MAS90 folder and SQL database.  Does anyone have any documentation on how to move this and point MAS to the new SQL instance?

If you are just moving the databases to a different SQL instance that can be quick, but if the Sage service will be running from a new machine, that is like an upgrade (except there is no data conversion).
