MOTM updates For those of you who are not here, we can post updates to keep homebound minders up to date! Jennifer Wawara was great as always explainig the Sage 100 Cloud approach and how Sage 100 fits into the cloud model. It was insightful and coherent. Showed Sage 100 on front page of Sage US web site. It is really about integrating Sage 100 with a portfolio of cloud products including connected thrid party products and extending to other sage connected products. Mike Ritche and Linda Cade doing road ahead now.

We can also post some digs here, liek Mike Ritche talking about doing things ""to"" our mutual customers instead of ""for"" our mutual customers

@GaryFeldman I have no idea about the new partner program for manufacturing. It would have been nice to let us know before mentioning it.

Lots of connected services are really endorsed products put on a Sage pricelist with tier credit. Most everything has alternative products already on the marketplace with the exception fot eh Office 365 integration which looks great and does not require a subscription to Sage 100 to get the informtion Lots of questions will be answered in a seperate session by Steve Malmgren

Most all enhacnemence will require subscription. Office 365 you can use your existing business premium license.

Paperless office enhancement is to leverage O365 and OneDrive to store documents and Outlook to send the stored documents.

Only about 200 customers total have upgraded to PR 2.0 since its release in 10/17. Much discussion abuot the effort. Linda Cade gets good fedback about the wizard, crowd reaction seemed unconvinced.... Hmmm

I have upgraded 19 clients thus far to payroll 2.0. Am a big fan. clients love it too. I would be helpful if Sage would publish something explaining what the individual tax rules mean. My clients LOVE the new version

Fortuneately the townhall ended before blood was spilled. Main topics brought up were payroll subscriptions being stopped when they shouldn't shuting down customers, availability of temporary keys for 100c Premium during migrations and upgrades, and the lack of service from sales operations. Fortuneately @JimWoodhead cut it off before @JeffSchwenk had an annurism.
