Hey team, I added one session to Ideation regarding Ed Kless after having a call with him yesterday.   Wayne had suggested a pre-conference paid session, but we had talked about eliminating those.  Ed suggested having Ed's Room and so I added that to see what kind of feedback we get.

Also after Wayne's WADR response to my post, I looked through the Released one's from last year and added the following three modifications on last year's ideas to our spreadsheet.

I thought this would be a good place to get committee feedback since we did not vote on them!

Gary - I like it! Sorry for the delay with stuff and posting.  With this large project that went live this last weekend and my daughter getting married on Saturday...I'm drowning. I hope to catch up 100% by EOD Monday.

Honestly, anything to bolster the possible content will be helpful. Next week's town hall will be a great opportunity to shine a spotlight on Ideation and also get more ideas flowing.

I'd honestly love to propose a session focused on Customer Experience v. Customer Journey. I'm finding more and more that most consultants don't separate the two, or if I broach the topic with them - the more they see them as the same thing.

It'd be a "thought leadership" session and not a CRM-focused session.
