1) This survey should take 30 minutes or less to complete. If you are not able to finish in one session, you can return to the survey without losing your previous work as long as you log in from the same device each time. Once you submit your responses, however, you will no longer be able to edit them.
2) Your responses will be held in complete confidence. Only Jeff will have access to survey results and those results will be shared only in an anonymized and unattributed form.
