    @Barbara Goldstein if you back out to the main page, in the lower left, a tech support chat widget will pop up.

    I've also PM'd the tech team with your issue but it probably works better if you are able to connect with them directly.​

    It's not greyed out... the current selection is just bold.  Click the Recent line and it should become selected.
