This is for MOTM 2023 and the session on Saturday about How We Get Stuff Done (And Make Money)
- I am curious to hear what tools you use and any feedback on what you may have tried and why it did/didn't work well.
- Please answer even if you aren't going to California this year for MOTM.
- I'll make a summary of the session ( including survey results ) available after the meeting.
This is an anonymous survey.
Some of the questions I'm asking are:
- How do you track support cases
- How do you track proposals and quotes
- How do you track leads?
- What are you using to connect to customers remotely? ( ie. GooAssist, TeamViewer, QuickConnect)
- Do you capture knowledge in something like a knowledgebase, and if so, what is it? ( ie. Evernote, Keep, OneNote, Word Processor, etc)
The questions are mostly open-ended, so you can type in your answer rather than be forced to select from a list of options.
At the session, we will discuss other tips and tricks that make money ( and things that LOST me money ) - including The Eight Types Of Bad Leads You Meet On The Web
I'll also discuss the one tactic with an almost 100% success rate of landing a new customer.
