More later but I think it's fair to say that this cryptolocker type malware/virus is reaching somewhat of an epidemic stage and customers need to be made aware of their responsibility to backup, maintain off-site (not on the server or on the network) backups and that our assistance with recovery is priced separately as disaster recovery.
