Hi and Happy Friday!
My customer is on 2018.6 Advanced and 100c. I installed this in April, Luckily we are install in Test Mode. They are on a monthly subscription and are current on their plan (it expires 5/28/19). Their system shows 4/13/19 and expired. When I try to Update or Edit/Activate, it tells me 'No License or Subscription Updates were found'.
Spoke with Sage Tech Support, they don't see anything wrong on their end and claim to have refreshed the server. Final thought was to have SalesAdvisor@Sage issue a new set of keys.
I emailed asking for some and their response was 'we are seeing this quite often on the monthly subscribers, try to reinstall' - WTH? Certainly can't be reinstalling every month and kind of hard to bill a customer for something like this.
Anybody have a work around or how are you handling this issue? I doubt the customer can afford to go yearly, and they shouldn't have to.
