Sage 100 v2019 Advanced -
When any user logs on to Sage 100 they receive the following message: " Your Sage 100 subscription has expired. You can continue using the software for 39 days. Please contact Sage before 9/9/22 to renew your subscription."
Sage tech support has verified the subscription is valid. Apparently the message occurs because Sage is having an issue communicating with the license server which is located in the UK. I believe Sage only pings the UK license server once a month but not sure about this.
Sage tech support said they can enter the same unlocking keys and get it to register from a computer outside the end user environment, therefore it is an IT issue and outside their scope for help. That's wonderful!
Customer has been using Sage 100 for 20 years, and the subscription is paid promptly. IT claims nothing has changed. below are the sites that Sage added to Internet Explorer trusted sites and it didn't make any difference. Should we be able to ping these?
Any ideas how to resolve this?
