    Re: Urgent postings:

    We had agreed I would create some initial bullets/rules and send to Team for review.  However, I'm now thinking this is somewhat overkill.  The postings in Urgent really haven't been that frequent and it's not being abused.  I suggest I just continue to monitor Urgent and work with Robert as needed.  ! Sage 100 Urgent Support (Consultant Members Only) currently has the following description:  This is for true Sage support emergencies. Posts here will be moved to the appropriate community once resolved or once it's become old enough to not be urgent. 

    How about we [slightly] update it to something like:  This is for true Sage 100 support emergencies and/or situations that could easily impact a large audience.  Once resolved (or no longer considered Urgent due to age), the posts will be moved to the appropriate Community.

    Maybe even something like - 

    Before posting to Urgent Support:

    1. Do a search of the community
    2. Use descriptive titles ( Example - BAD: "HELP!!" , GOOD: "Getting an error 47 during conversion from Sage 100 2022 Advanced to Sage 100 2025 Advanced"
    3. Give descriptive examples of what you've tried so far

    The Urgent Support area sends an alert to all register members. Please use this sparingly for matters that need urgent attention
