  • 1.  Monthly Board Meeting May 2, 2019 - skip?

    Since we'll be meeting extensively April 28 and 29 for our semi-annual board meeting, shall we skip the May 2 meeting?  I'll bring/post the financials (to date) and my notes from the April 4 meeting (aka minutes) to Austin and we can quickly take care of the review/approval of those items.  That leaves the tax return, and a few questions on a couple of others apps I'm preparing - the NASBA application (CPE sponsorship), and Application for Delivery through a mail agent (PO Box change).

    Ostensibly, I agree.

    The only caveat would be whatever we come up with replacement board members but we can call a quick meeting to elect replacements whenever we come up with them.
