- Agenda & Speakers - Please share an agenda with session detail as well as speaker information (name, title, company) for each session.
- Platform onboarding guide - please click herefor the live document & start to fill out as much as you can for your event. Once you have most of it filled out, please let us know so we can schedule your platform onboarding call.
- Design template - please see attached PSD file and let us know if your team will design or if you would like us to add your logo and branding.
- Speaker Best Practices- the attached document should be shared with speakers prior to their tech checks.
- Speaker technical checks- We will plan to have your speakers conduct their 30 minute technical checks on Thursday, February 11 - Friday, February 12. from 8am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm PST (technicians lunch from 12p - 1p PST). Please see below for the link for speakers to reserve their 30-minute time slot as well as some instructions to send to speakers to ensure these are successful:
