Moira and I have been looking at using Whova mobile app again for MOTM. I think everyone enjoyed the mobile app last year. The question is that if we use Whova for the event signup instead of Eventbrite we can save a $500 to 1000 not to mention have signup linking directly to the mobile app would be beneficial. Our research says the funcatity is the same between eventbrite and Whova. So unless anyone have an objection I will direct Moira to move forward with Whova. Note: we have a Aug 31 earlybird renewal available to keep 2017 pricing @JeffSchwenk .

I am fine with it. Just as long as the functionality is as good as (or better than) Eventbrite , I am throwing my vote in for trying.

Sounds like a good idea to me. Cut out as many steps as possible.

Actually, worse case is that registration gets screwed up and no one comes to Karaoke Night!!

Does it have reporting capabilities, e.g. attendee lists, amounts paid, etc.? How do you set up the event? Does it allow different rates? Otherwise, sure!
