Wild A.. Guess: Have you tried activating your reseller keys on the customer system, using the test module (which might reset the registration status), then change the system back to the customer keys?

I thought this was TOO simple and it was (didn't work). I changed the expiration date in the SY_module table for IRP. The module listing report now prints with an expiration date of 7/27/25 but I still get the expired installation date with I try to access IRP. Back to the drawing board...

I suspect it is a registry entry. Uninstall and reinstall ??? note the question marks mean that I have not ever tried to do that :)
or if someone knows a secret hack, I'd be interested in knowing that there at lease is a hack if I ever need it
