Have a new client that has been running Sage in a testing company for months. They went live on Monday & when printing the PM Work Ticket Transaction Register, they received "Module P/R is not on file". Still works fine in the test company. Made a copy of the live company to a backup company, removed all open batches, reinitialized GL_CompanyActiveBatch & it didn't help. Renamed Links folder, didn't help. Reinstalled workstation, didn't help. Reviewed SY0CTL, nothing for PR.
Happens on all workstations & server. Happens for all users.
Installed PR & now the error is "Missing handle to journal report object". Renamed Links folder again, didn't help. Replaced the PM & CI program folders from a local install without enhancements, didn't help. Tried replacing the program files in Links with the standard files for those PM programs, didn't help.
Went back & installed all .NET & redistributables. Uninstalled Crystal & reinstalled.
Just won't work. Still works fine in the original testing company, but not the live or copy of the live. Reviewed all PM settings between the two companies & they are all the same. PR is not integrated with PM. Labor Crew Maintenance doesn't give any prompts for PR.
Any other suggestions??
