Upgraded client from 2015 Standard to 2020.1 Advanced.  Upon launching the VI Import Job Maintenance task, it fails the conversion to 2020 with "Module P/R is not on file".  I did not migrate legacy VI jobs during migration.  I followed Sage KB advice to manually re-initialize GL_CompanyActiveBatch.  I also renamed the Links folder and tried again, but no luck with either attempt.  They do not have PR, nor have they ever had it.   Thoughts?

Did you try uninstalling and re-installing the workstation per solution #53808?

I haven't, because they are in the GoToMyERP environment.  The client can do without all the VI jobs, so we could blow them all out and start from scratch (if that will solve the problem).  You can't select VI as a module to reinitialize data files.  What might be a way to remove all the data?  I could DFDM VI_JobHeader and remove records, if that wouldn't mess things up.

Update:  problem solved;  I backed up VI_JobHeader then removed all records from the live file.  Launched VI successfully, then renamed the original file.  Successfully ran one of the export jobs.
