  • 1.  Module Menu Overlapping UI

    Hi Everyone - this is a strange one that I haven't seen before.

    The Module menu overlaps the interface of any module in Sage 100 and it's only impacting this specific user, who connects via a Remote App.

    So far, the troubleshooting measures taken are the following:

    • Session has been killed
    • Server restarted
    • Renamed SY and PVK files
    • Enabled Escape Trapping
    • Reset the panel.
    • Signed in with different user login

    I'm open to idea's on what the root cause to this could be, any help is appreciated!

    Could it be a display DPI issue/difference between systems?

    Display artifacts are usually related to general Windows / display issues, and not application specific.  I'd try a full remote desktop, to see if it is the RemoteApp settings, the terminal server generally, or perhaps something on the workstation.

    I was able to get this resolved, I went to Task Manager on the Sage Server/ Users, right clicked on the user and clicked Disconnect.  Last week she had to use another computer to log into Sage from.  I don't know if something got scrambled from using two different computers, but a stranded session will most certainly cause an issue.
