End user is getting an error in customer maintenance and sales order entry when trying to access credit card info. Module I/T is not on file. This started after they upgraded to Sage 2018 PU4. There's also an error window, but with no info, when trying to use the copy company feature. I think there's probably some system file that needs to be fixed using DFDM. Anyone have any ideas where to start or has anyone else come across this before?

Look at the system configuration file and click on the uninstall button.  Does the IT module appear there?  If so, delete it and try again.  This sounds like the JC error / TC error I've encountered before after installing a PU.  Removal eliminated the error

Is there a phantom IT### folder under the company data folder?  If so, try renaming it.

Backup SOA\SY0CTL.soa and mas_system\sy_module.m4t.  Next, search and destroy the "l" (pronounced EL) record in SOA\SY0CTL.soa. So the key will begin with lI/T.   Also delete and records that have a key that begins with I/T in mas_system\sy_module.m4t.
