Upgrading Sage 100 Premium 2015 to 2018.  All OK except Century credit card processing running into "Module I/T is not in file" error when clicking the Credit Cards/ACH button in customer maintenance.  Only Sage KB talks about rebuilding key files for AR_InvoiceHistoryDetail, but this is Premium and if you followed their chain of things to do you would have the same table but minus the indexes.

    Any other ideas?

    Backup sy0ctl.soa and sy_modules.  Delete the "k" I/T record from sy0ctl.soa and any I/T records from sy_mofules.

Thanks, but it turns out the Century minion tasked with the weekend install skipped installing the SOAP client they need...

They must be using web services or sdata.  Glad you got it figured out.

I meant delete the "l" record not the "k" record from sy0ctl.soa.  I was replying to the post on my cell phone and hit the wrong key.  Glad you figured out the issue and didn't spend all day looking for "k" records as I don't believe they exist!
