I have client that has been using Sales Order Header table UDF's for 17 years. Whenever a new employee starts issuing SO's, I have to add their name to the drop down table. Not a biggie but I am thinking that they could maintain the UDT. Has anyone done this (change the validation)?
I am thinking the easiest would be to delete the UDF, then create a new one for UDT validation. That would entail exporting the values, then reimport after the change. Has anyone gone behind the scenes to change the validation via DFDM?
Just thinking out loud.
