Do they just want to import EOM GL activity? I have several medical health centers. NONE of the integrate with Sage 100. The medical billing software exports to csv/txt file which then has to be manipulated before importing. It works. Just have to get your hand on the export and go from there.

Thanks Wayne. I did indeed tell them that I would check to see if another reseller had written an integration using VI, and hence my note out to 90Minds. But I also told them that we would have to scope out said integration (if it was even possible) before we attempt to write it and that SOW would be billable. I've spent by far too much time in the past investigating something that wasn't possible, and then not being able to recoup time for that. So – now we bill for that investigative time. Whether or not we can write an integration using VI.

I have not. And I would spend 15 minutes explaining how integration means different things to different people and to be sure they fully understand the integration points and the level of detail that will be passed.
I've also learned to ask whether the integration already exists or do they need a price for a discovery meeting to see if it's possible in Sage ( I price these because 9.5 out of 10 times the customer already bought it and mistakenly thinks "your sage var" will creat the VI integration).
