How AM, Beth? I don't know how early Bill wakes up.
Friday would also be good for me.

I had a call with Elliott and Laura Dy on Friday.
The bulk of the changes being made in 2022 are going to be around production management as we all would expect.
They are including the following:
90Minds List from April 2021 that are being developed last week:
- MS-LM098 (Rank 1) – Add a Company Preference option to hide Inactive Inventory Items in ALE lookups, similar to the option for Inactive Customer and Inactive Vendor (Ideas Site 19 votes)
- MS-SO166 (Rank 2) – Sales Order and Quote History – Add the Ship/Expire Date to the Header tab (Ideas Site 18 votes)
- MS-LM035 (Rank 4) – When creating a saved report format (report/form), add an option to save the dates. Currently, any dates saved persist until changed and resaved. Users want the option to save everything except the dates.
90Minds List from April 2021 that are likely going to make it into the 2022 release:
- MS-IM073 (Rank 14) and MS-AR042 (Rank 19) – In Customer Maintenance/Inquiry on the S/Os tab – Add the ability to search for Quotes (can already search for standard, back order, master and repeating orders). Should be able to select any combination of order types and ideally specify a default in options and/or have the settings retained by user (Ideas Site 34 votes)
- MS-AP135 (Rank 27) – Track Vendor Electronic Payment changes on the Vendor Audit Report (Ideas Site 13 votes)
Being added in the 2022 release from the Ideas Site
- Track Remit to Address changes on the Vendor Audit Report (13 votes) – we can include this one since we will already be making changes to the Vendor Audit Report
The following features initially released as subscription-only will now be available for non-subscription installs:
- Document Date Warnings
- Spell Check
- ALE Full-Text Search
- Theme Maintenance
The plan is still to submit lists twice a year but to only submit the Sweet 16 in each semiannual update for the near future. The real deadline is May / June each year because the earliest they will get to anything the way the current dev cycle is scheduled is July but realistically, most of the time it will be in September.
Elliott also mentioned that some of the Mod Squad suggestions could be of such nature that they'd be able to add some in product updates. And they're really enthused because they've been able to implement about 25 of your suggestions, including the four above.
Would next Wednesday or Thursday work better for a call?

I have my call with Elliott tomorrow morning and should have an update from them then.
They haven't come back with any questions on those submissions.
After I talk with Elliott, I will reach back out to this group and get a call scheduled.
Thanks, Bill!

Hi Robert,
Before assigning, can we have a Mod Squad group call to reboot and figure out our strategy going forward? Before sending off a bunch of new requests we should see what's being done to the items we sent previously. Some of those ideas may be more urgent than anything new and I don't believe they should be ignored. Perhaps we should resubmit some 'also-rans' from previous quarters. Anyway, I think we should discuss and come up with a strategy. We should also see how we can include the 90Minds membership into the process.

Thanks, everyone for bringing this up to the top!
The Mod Squad is alive and well.
Coincidentally, I reached out to Elliott yesterday to see if he was ready and haven't heard back yet. Regardless, I agree with all of you that we just need to get the show on the road.
Apologies for being late getting this kicked off. Right after reaching out to Jeff and Bill in September, my stepdad passed away and, mentally, I didn't take it well. He'd been my dad since I was 5. I'm much better now.
Bill, would you get the spreadsheet ready and get the different ideas assigned for review?
Thanks and again, sorry for dropping the ball!
