Need your help. v2018 PU6 with JobOps. Client is suddenly unable to enter any sales orders line items. And they can't enter sales order invoices line items either. When they do so, they get a message that COGS Account and Sales Account is required, the GL accounts come into sales order as blanks. Double Checked Product Lines and all do have valid GL Accounts. Client is SQL. Other companies (2+), are working fine... no issues. Trying to get into Activity Log now to see what may have happened, still waiting for it to open.
Our support team replaced the sessiosn.pvk and rebooted servers, that did not resolve issue. Users also can't "print" and that started on Saturday, but unsure if it is related.
ANY IDEAS? What should we be looking for?
