I don't know if anyone's posted this before, but I keep running into clients who have been on Sage forever, never used SI before, and when we license them, the Report Designer license is missing. These are almost always clients whose license is based on their old 130xxxxx customer number rather than the new 400xxx customer number, so it's from when Report Designer was something you had to purchase (prior to it being added in as a perk of going subscription).
If that happens, you actually have to contact the Order dept and order the Report Designer (for free) to get them to generate the appropriate information. Don't bother trying the Sales Dept or Support (although Support kindly shunted my request over to Orders, bless his heart).
