Attached is the library directory from the JS library of Sage CRM. Looking at the error you enclosed, it doesn't seem like this is the crux of the issue. There have been instances where this has happened and it's a traceable error where the window being launched is unable to gather the required data. Which has nothing to do with the JS library of Sage CRM, but rather the settings on each users' workstation.
In any case, let me know if the library files help in any way. If not, I'm more than happy to get connected and troubleshoot the issue.
