  • 1.  Missing employee!

    Client on 2018.8 integrating with Sage HRMS.  They have an employee who was last paid in May of this year who is just GONE now from the Employee file.  GONE GONE GONE.  PAID during this current year!  I thought maybe renumbered, but unless along with renumbering they changed his name - NO.  I'm preparing to panic now.  Anything I'm not thinking of as I near the screaming point?

    If the employee is in a department that you do not have security rights to you will not see them.

    If you recreate the employee number does it come back?

    Check the activity log for a purge or something else that may have been done by the user?

    Am now going to cuff the client severely about the ears.  The employee NOT ONLY changed employee numbers, but he also changed his last name (and the fact that it was a "he" changing his last name, made this the last thing you would think of.  None of us are woke yet, I guess.)
