Missing Business Insights Explorer Settings after upgrade. Upgrade from Version 4.4.5 to intermediate version 2016 PU3, then eventually to Sage 100 version 2018 PU2. All migrations included System files initially. All performed on Server 2016 Std. Previously saved Public settings in modules' Business Insights Explorer missing in both Sage 2016 intermediate and Sage 2018 after upgrade. Anyone ever seen this or know where these are save that we can try to restore?

Yes. You need to switch to the Classic Launcher and open BIE. Once initialized you can switch back to the Standard launcher.

Here is a SAGE KB #78517 article on the subject.

@JohnKerr, is this the same BIE issue you had recently? I think you said that changing the desktop interface didn't resolve it for you. Did you happen to try the alternate workaround contained in the Sage article above?

Yes, that KB solution didn't work for me. I enabled the CS ODBC driver and set it up for all users, plugged in the server name also and that seems to have solved the problem. Just testing with users now.

User views are now working. Even though the CS ODBC is only for printing, enabling that function in advanced has resolved the BIE problem
