    @Jim Woodhead you don't need to list the original and amended motion. You just need to record the motion as approved.

    Instead of "unanimously consent" I think you just say "passed by unanimous consent".  If you're going to note "no abstentions", you need to be consistent.

    Also, the written reports should be part of the final minutes.

    Otherwise, it's as I recall.

    Actually I think we determined that they shouldn't be for liability reasons. 

    It is only motions.

    @Robert Wood I think @Jim Woodhead was listing this as directed by @Jerry Norman from a call the other day. Suggest we can set up a style guide and make it easier for the secretary to record information in a consistent manner that is agreed upon in advance.   I'd be more than happy to set up a word template for minutes with auottext for common phrases and leave placeholders that can be quickly filled in.  It would save time and hopefully make it easier for the secretary to record minutes. We just need a consensus on the phrases and a quick lesson in using these features in Word.

    Do you have the minutes from last weeks meeting ready @John Hoyt - the notes I sent may be too cryptic and if you need me to explain anything, I'm happy to help.  Only asking so I can get them added to the proper library entry before the next meeting.  I don't want to forget!

    Also, if you are interested in the 'word template' idea let me know.
