Min Max Buttons missing from SO entry Screens Upgraded from Sage 100 Adv 2014 to 2016.1. When opening SO Entry screen in the far upper right of the screen is the red ""X"" and just to the left is a similar sized box with a ""?"". The MIN Max buttons are missing. I suspect it has something to do with customizing the screen but can't locate the culprit. Anyone else come across this?

Did you try and run the ""Update Custom Panels"" utility?

I don't recall seeing this before. Can you resize by pulling a bottom corner? I do notice that your ""expand view"" button is missing. I hid mine, but the screen still looks OK on my system. Perhaps this screen just needs to be re-customized in V2016? Do that for just one test user (or you) to see if that helps.

Try customizing the panel??? There is a way to open the panels in ""standard"" view but I can't find it. If you can't either, then rename the SO custom folders and then open sage. This will eliminate whether the issue IS the customized panel.

The asterisk indicates that the screen is customized... If the customs are not too complicated, maybe delete all customs and go back to factory and see if things get better. Of course, that means you would have to re- enter the customs later at some point.

@RandyMarion , where do you type in the command to ignore the customizations???? RE deleting the customizations, that is what I meant by renaming the SO custom folder so that customizations would not be detected.

To turn off the customizations, choose file-->run. Enter ""*ESC"" (without the quotes). To turn the customizations on again, do the same thing. *ESC is a toggle off/on for customizations.

Neither of these I knew, so thank you for the education @RobertaChase and @JeffSchwenk ... I always did it the destructive way by deleting them in Custom Office...

Was this solved. I am having the same issue on 2016.1 with Purchase Order Entry. I really do not want to set the screen up again... Of course, I have probably spent more time trying to solve it than if I had just set it up again.
