    I spotted this in Sage City partner section. Most of these guides are several versions old however the pace of Sage 100 development is not so fast that these guides are completely outdated. Specifically, I think that the Sage Intelligence and Crystal Reporting guides are probably helpful for the do it yourself ( DIY ) customer. One note is there does not appear to be any current training guides for the manufacturing modules ( production management ).

    It's not entirely clear to me if this is a partner only link or whether customers can login and purchase their own guides.

    The link to Sage City leads to the partner section which probably requires login. I don't think the second link requires a login and I was able to just get into it.

    The Partners section of Sage City requires a login, and special approval for access.  (I remember it being simple... click to apply and access was granted within a day or two).
