Here is the response from Mike Ritchie:
Hi John
Thanks for the email, and I'm looking forward to seeing you at 90 Minds. To date, 100% of the roadmap and strategy for Operations Management has been owned by Endpoint AS. Where we identify support issues or customer feedback we feed that information to Endpoint. Sage isn't actively involved in setting the roadmap in terms of strategy, architecture, and features beyond providing feedback to Endpoint.
I know that Endpoint is one of the sponsors of the 90 Minds meetings and their CEO will be attending. This seems like a good opportunity for you to introduce the OMAC to Endpoint and discuss future plans for both the product and how you can work together to provide input into their decision processes.

I have not responded to Mike, and I hope I receive a response from Rob. Here are my comments to the group:
- Ben Weiss is the only End Point AS executive signed up for MOTM. Kurt Heusner (CEO), Ron Cass, and Seth Fike are not registered to date.
- I spoke with Ben last year at Future, and he did not seem to care about OM. It was not a productive conversation.
- End Point has been pushing their Acumatica products, including a new salesperson for WMS we have been working with who keeps mentioning Acumatica.
- End Point released their OM Road Map last June for items to be done in 2025. Zero have been done to date.
- Ben Weiss told someone (who told me) that Rob Sinfield told them not to work on enhancements to OM.
- Operations Management is "Sage Operations Management". Sage should have an interest in the product, which reflects on them, since they have branded it, provide tier, and make money on it.
- We need Sage involved with these conversations and initiatives or I'm afraid nothing will happen.
