Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel are dimmed (unavailable) on the Export Options menu in Business Insights Explorer - have tried the solutions in this Sage article ID:30531 but no luck. Terminal server sessions, turned off UAC and rebooted, not sure why BIE can't see excel 2013. Any other ideas?

Can you launch excel from within the session outside of BIE? On Sep 30, 2014, at 6:42 PM, 90 Minds Consulting Group - Eric Anderson <share@socialcast.com<mailto:share@socialcast.com>> wrote:

64bit office killed this for me with a client a few months ago. Apparently Sage 2013/2014 supports 64bit office, if they haven't upgraded yet maybe that is an additional incentive?

64 bit office, 2013 pu5 sql- I wonder if there is an update that would help but I would think they would mention in the KB article

if you are running Sage 2013 or 2014 install the 64 bit odbc - this has worked for me to have Sage ALE's see Excel.
