I'm working with a Client that is on v2021 Advanced, and experiencing issues with Excel from Business Insights Explorer Views. Turns out their IT switched them to M365, and now they no longer have access to export to excel, a task they rely upon heavily. IT explains that M365 does not use the 2013, 2016 or 2019 versioning any longer. What options do our clients have? Is their a "trick" to get this to work that I don't know about?
