Wanted to give a heads up about a recent Microsoft update which prevents Excel Add-Ins from loading when installed (Applies to MS Excel 2016 (msi installs, and not the Click-to-Run edition). This affects BizInsight, F9, Sage Intelligence (and probably any other products that operate similarly) in our environments.
The update that broke Excel is KB5002653. The symptom looks something like this:
To resolve this, install the appropriate MS Excel patch from the following link, which will get you back up and running.
