    Have a client on 2018 who has issues using the lookup - F2 doesn't work at all, and clicking on the magnifying glass comes up with a minimized screen that you can't maximize.  The Flashlight works fine.

    Any ideas?

    Is there a function lock key ( fn ) that might have been enabled. I just had something similar in my Dell laptop.
