  • 1.  Message with Paperless forms

    Client just emailed me this and I can recreate (he is on 2022, I'm on 2023).  In the Electronic Message formatting, it appears you can't make single-spaced lines.  If you hit enter, it is double-spaced.  This happens in my Invoice message, yet the message I already have in there from many versions ago is single-spaced.  Anyone know anything about this or some trick to it?

    Can you try Shift-Enter for a single space?

    Nice workaround, but what happened?  I have a client to whom this is happening to.   They recently started paying vendors via ACH.  I doubt if they even noticed it.
