What should one expect when entering a SO with a CC on file payment method where the CC has expired? Trying to backtrack a situation where this happened. Customer service has no memory of changing the order to no payment method. I suspect a declination message popped and CS changed it to none.
Does Sage have any utility to alert customers about expired CC'c on file?
