Just received an announcement from Aziz regarding upcoming changes at Sage. Two highlights.
In the changes announced today, first, we will be aligning all Sage product teams under our Chief Product Officer Walid Abu-Hadba. This means regional product teams become part of a united product organization reporting to Walid, as part of Lee Perkins' Chief Operating Officer organization.The second to the last paragraph is telling.
Although difficult, these decisions ensure we can invest behind our strategic priorities and do what we need to for customers. Making it simpler for us to build great products, for our shared customers to discover them - and importantly, ensuring it's simple for you to navigate our business, as well as build your own.
Observations: #1 UK is in charge, #2 People will be loosing their jobs.
