  • 1.  Membership Survey Update + Thank You

    Hi Team,

    Thank you all for your time, thoughtfulness, and ongoing effort in shaping this year's membership survey. Jerry and I met this morning to fine-tune the questions and streamline the format just slightly-we shortened it a bit without losing the quality or intent of the feedback we're aiming to collect.

    I also appreciate your flexibility with the recent changes, especially around the Town Hall schedule and my being out unexpectedly on PTO due to a family emergency.

    Here's what's ahead:

    • The finalized survey will be sent to consultant members only over the next two weeks.

    • We'll be promoting the July 30th Town Hall to the full membership during this same period.

    • The survey deadline is Friday, July 26th.

    • Please note that our next committee meeting has been moved to Wednesday, July 24th (instead of Thursday) due to a scheduling conflict.

    Please take a moment to review the survey and provide any comments or suggestions directly on Higher Logic by this Thursday. That will allow us to begin distribution on schedule.

    You should have enough early responses by our next meeting to review initial trends and decide what to share at the Town Hall. Ultimately, this is about reinforcing the message:


    We're asking. We're listening. We're responding.


    And for those interested in helping shape the future of 90 Minds: we'll include a call to action to join the Membership Committee.

    Thank you Anne for pivoting and keeping everything together for us, even at this difficult time.  We do very much appreciate you.  I see the Meeting is now Wednesday, July 23rd (than you for re-scheduling on our calendars).  

    • Question 7 reads   7. Q7 can you clean that up? 
    • Question 9 needs another option (Did not Attend) 
    • Looks great, but these old eyes would prefer to see the Questions/Prompts in Black Font, not a shade of Gray.  

    Otherwise, I think it is "good to go".

    Committee Members - 

    • Be sure to test out the survey and give your comments. Don't hold back. Anything should be eliminated? Changed? Added?
    • Our meeting (Wed 7/23, 3 CDT) will take a first stab at processing the survey. Even though members will have 3 more days to submit, we'll have nearly all by then.
    • Our meeting will also decide what we will present at the Town Hall. One element of this is describing what we've done in the past year, and our plans for next 18 months.  Recruiting a couple more committee members is part of that goal.
    • Anne is onboarding TWENTY new 90 Minders starting today. All are Intacct consultants. She will want some help in the coming weeks. Outreach. HL coaching, Generally helping them become comfortable and feel welcome. Think about things we could do.

    If you have any suggestions for our meeting, fire away!

    Is there anything I can do to help with the current onboarding process? I am always willing to shadow Anne or Madeline but I usually cannot make a deal with them because of my availability :D I've got another new implementation starting this month but if we can try to book at least one outreach where I can listen and learn, I can begin helping out.

    Q4 - allows me to mark multiple values for one line. 

    Q8-12. MOTM is 4 months in the past. The Qs are good, but my creaking brain had to work at it to bring back specifics. Should we post the schedule/agenda from MOTM to help bring back their memories?

    I think this looks good! For the webinar question, is there enough space to list the webinars that happened? I would have to go back to my calendar to see how many I attended in the past year and what recordings I watched.
