    Moira has orchestrated some good options for our October 2021 MOTM location. Recall that we asked to look for options in Phoenix, Chicago, and Nashville. The Knickerbocker in Chicago is a clear leader for our needs. 

    She reconfirmed that we still have a financial incentive to make the decision and agreements before EOY. So we need to meet Monday, 12/23. Can everybody carve out 30 minutes at 10:30 PST/1:30 EST?

    I forgot to let the board know that I'm taking off all next week for a much needed vacation. That being said, I just asked my hubby if it's OK with him that I take a call on Monday morning at 10:30 and he said yes. Truth be told, he doesn't factor into my decision. I was just stroking his ego. I will be on the call!

    I will do my best. It is right in the middle of an x-3 certification test.  I am ok with the move and timing  but I think we need to lower the guarantee and F&B minimum to 300 before attrition clause.   I will do my best to peek  in
