    Attendees: Madeline, Anne, Bill, Jerry, Gary, Steve, Kate, Amber and Vanessa 

    Topics Discussed:

    • Project Scanco:  The team expressed anticipation for the upcoming release but also raised concerns about the lack of release notes.

    • Town Hall:  Anne proposed introducing the committee to the larger group during the upcoming town hall and items to share.

    • ISV Partner Survey: The team finalized details for the upcoming ISV partner survey, focusing on gathering both positive and negative feedback to improve the affiliates' experience.

    • Increasing Member Engagement: The group brainstormed strategies to increase member engagement in the online community. Ideas included:

      • Balancing content beyond break-fix issues.

      • Highlighting the Content Library Committee's work on hot topics and roundups.

      • Promoting a more social aspect.

      • Implementing contests.

      • Reviewing the online platform's point system.

      • Sharing overnight summaries and post-webinar discussions.

      • Conducting proactive surveys for specific product feedback.

      • Re-examining the "shootout" concept at the annual meeting.

    • Community Engagement and Webinar Formats: The team explored potential improvements for webinars including:

      • Creating a pre-, during--, and post-webinar discussion community for consultants.

      • Two-phase webinars with separate discussion sessions.

      • Debrief sessions after presentations.

    • Creating Communities for Engagement: Discussions focused on two new communities:

      • Product Extensions Community: This community will focus on user education about integrations and add-ons.

      • Insider Community: This new community is for consultants, aiming to improve communication and feedback. The team agreed to involve everyone in creating content for the Insider Community.

    Next Steps:

    • Anne: Create and set up the "Insider Community" for consultants.

    • Jerry: Assist Anne with writing up a description and guidelines for the new Insider Community.

    • Membership Committee: Select a community manager for the new Insider Community.

    • Madeline/Committee: Announce the new Insider Community at the upcoming Town Hall and start initial posts.
