Meeting Of The Minds is only a few days away. Soon we'll all be in sunny California for the Thursday night meet and greet followed by two days of technical sessions. Does anyone have any last minute room issues? Have an extra room that you're not using? Need a roommate? My flight has been cancelled. Rebooked. Now the rebooked flight is on a three hour delay. My flight from Philly leaves 30 minutes before my Charlottesville flight takes off. Can you help??

Keep calling the airline though if you are experiencing weather problems in your departure area you won't have much luck. Amtrak it up to NYC is another alternative.

Figured I would go with the delayed flight. I fully expect it to be cancelled at some point. My chances for multiple connections from there are better even though Philly looks to be having the same weather.

Possible Embassy tip: If you are Hilton Honors, you can check in the day before you arrive and select your room. I chose mine close to the elevator and on a lower floor to lessen the impact of ""oh snap what did I forget now gotta run and go get it"".
