Meeting Notes from June 30, 2016. @JeffSchwenk there are a couple of tasks you 'volunteered' to handle :) thank you!

Well, good news/bad news. Talked to Doug Higgs. He DOESN'T have a projector!! I guess that isn't a great shock if you don't have a reason for it. I bought a project four years ago and my wife uses it more for her Kiwanis weekly meetings. I have never used it for business. But I digress. So we are still looking for a projector. On the good news, he said that if his DSD meeting doesn't conflict with the Sunday event, he would sign up and PAY to attend.... Maybe we should activate the call center for phone outreach??

I've sent Peter a note asking if he has one we could borrow.

Unfortunately, DSD's meeting is in the PM so Doug is not going to attend. I think we should ask DSD to quit scheduling sessions opposite ours!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DSD meeting is not until 5 pm, I know that I'll be late to that meeting as ours will just be ending. It would have been nice if they could have started it a little later.

Moria. unfortunately it does start at 2 Chicago time. Don't get me started about the conflicts.

Since a large number of members are now DSD affiliates, this is really starting to put a damper on our ability to schedule conferences. Need a little coordination here. For some reason..... DSD has a partner meeting on the front end of MOTM which also has caused issues in the past.

You're correct It did conflict 2 years ago (2015) because our 1 day MOTM pre-conference became a 2 day one. Last year there was no conflict. Regarding this years conflict.at summit.. with the short amount of open windows there was invariable going to be a some conflicts. My goal was to make sure that our party and the DSD partner dinner didn't conflict. I was successful with that. The rest was out of my control.
