    I agree, monthly should be fine, especially now that we have this fabulous platform. As for the time of day, as long as I know in advance, I'm flexible.

    Monthly, second Thursday of the month, at 1:30 pm PT/2:30 pm MT/3:30 pm CT/4:30 pm ET

    Choosing the second Thursday as Robert and I have a board meeting on the first Thursday's of the month.

    Let me know if this works for everyone.
