Love the concept. Devil will be in the details. Need to understand the population of files in order to determine the best segregation strategy. For example, does events include MOTM? Should Board events be in the same folder as town halls from a security perspective or do we then need to look at subfolder security?
With respect to dates, I see both sides of the argument. Perhaps after 3 years files are moved to an archive folder?

Reason to put in a separate year subfolder is to easily break down what was all the files used for that year without having to jump through a list of them or filter by name. It exists in the name so if it gets misplaced, we can figure out the correct path to home. Also having the folder makes archiving easier as we can just take the year and archive or purge.

Just so I don't forget, my comments are:
- Love the README.md idea and wonder if we can have AI take the first pass at it (or alert us if one isn't present)
- Same goes for the Google Drive short descriptions
- Do we need a separate year subfolder at all if it's already in the filename?
- I haven't dug into the current Operations structure, but do we just build off the current hierarchy or do we design a fresh one and move things over to it?
