    Old Business:

    1. Execute Structure and Naming Conventions across the organization (Todd)

      1. Following File Organization Procedure

    2. Evaluate Replacements for Higher Logic

      1. Last call for anything beyond Glue-up, Circle, or HiveBrite

      2. Do we want to start trials for any of them? What's next?

      3. Reference:

      1. Steve can pull the communities, threads and individual posts (incl author, date, title, body)

      2. Need to be able to pull by dates or pagination but haven't figured that out yet. Otherwise I'll have to pull everything at once and I'm sure Higher Logic will block

    This looks great and I love what the committee is doing.   With regard to next steps, the Delegation of Authority policy we approved last year states: 

    Board approval shall be required for "All capital and/or operating expenditures in excess of $5,000"

    My recommendation for next steps with regard to Higher Logic potential replacement is to develop a business case for the switch.  Pro/Con, cost summary, etc. for presentment to the Board.   It would be great to have a clear business case and be able to announce publicly at some point TBD.

    I made my recommended edits/comments to the Business Case. Is it premature to fill in possible costs for the three main platforms that we're considering, or do we wait until after our trial/testing? 

    Scheduling-wise for our trials, I'm out the rest of this week, then out again 1/1 - 1/7 (Punta Cana) but then I should be available for testing and data migration.
