      3. "Design" layout for the 90Minds Operations Google Drive

    New Business:

    1. Evaluate 3+ possible replacements for Higher Logic

    2. Collect a list of possible Learning Management Systems

    Open Discussion:

    1. Additional systems, needs, or concerns

    2. Ideas for creative or technical support

    • MailChimp – email campaigns to segmented groups

    • SurveyMonkey – used for member and event surveys

    Financial & Membership Tools

    • QuickBooks – accounting (under review for replacement)

    • Considering Bill.com for improved financial operations

    • Need: A membership management system that includes:

      1. CRM capabilities

      2. Event tracking

      3. Tiered firm/seat structure
